Please advice why my 3 payment still pending?

I would like to request a feature for the payment form which contains the title of the product, its pictures and descriptions, contact information, shipping address, payment methods, social media links, and a contact us section at the end. This particular feature is comparable to the payment link. However, it offers the customer more comprehensive information rather than just a standard payment link. Please have a look at the example feature I have included.

I registered on the payment gateway and submitted all personal documents and my passport. Support told me that you will be accepted within 3 days. It has been a month since my registration, and there is no response from support. I regret registering and providing my personal information to you.
